I had a 4-point inspection last week. I have had a good many of these types of inspections over the years. He was exactly on time, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was also technically savvy: he had a drone to take pictures of my roof and my inspection was finished and in my hands by the time he left my house. Also, he was less expensive than other inspectors in my area, an added bonus. Highly recommend Troy.
